Open your template, hold the shift key and hit the letter d to duplicate, close the original, delete the credits.
Go to Image, Canvas size 800 x 800 or a size you prefer.

Being on the bottom layer just above the white background, add a new layer, fill with a gradient you make from two colors from your tube,  I used #825880 for the forground color and #d8e9d6 for the background color to make my gradient, set the angle at 45 and repeat at 4, apply your mask, delete and merge group.

Select the bg square, select all, float, defloat, new raster layer, fill with a color from your tube, I used #825880, then go to Selection, Modify, Select Selection Borders, with the number on 3, and both sides checked, add a new layer and fill with white, add noise at 40%, select none.

The circle I left it has the color it was, green.

Select frame bg 2 next, select all, float, defloat, new layer, fill with #ad84a7, or a color of choice from your tube, then go to Selection, Modify, Select Selection Borders, with the number on 3, and both sides checked, add a new layer and fill with white, add noise at 40%, select none.

Frame bg 1 apply Greg Factory Output Vol II-Pool shadow with these settings

Select frame fill, float, defloat, fill with #ad84a7, then paste your close up tube, invert, delete, select none, duplicate, go to Adjust, Gaussian blur, blur, number on 4, change the blend mode to screen.
Apply the Xero filter-Soft Vignette with these settings
Elliptical
Foreground color
Diagonal Mesh
2, 2, 0, 255
merge down.
Frame layer, apply EyeCandy 4000-Chrome with these settings
Outdoor.tif
30, 50, 50, 0, 200
inside marquee checked
Lighting 135, 45
100, 40, 100
Bevel profile on button
Go to Adjust, Hue and Saturation, colorize
Hue 201,  Saturation 76

All the other layers of the template I left the colors as is, if you want to change them go for it.

Paste your tube on the left side on the top layer. Take your free hand tool, draw around the legs at the glitter frame and delete.

Paste the wordart at the bottom, apply the same EyeCandy 4000-Chrome as before and change the color as before also, then select the wordart, float, defloat, new layer, fill with white, select none, move below the wordart, add noise at 40% if you like.

This was a no scrap tag, but feel free to add scrap elements if you like,
make the tag your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Use whatever drop shadow you prefer

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

This will take lots of adjusting as you go along to get it the way you want it to look, like a puzzle kind of, so be patience and arrange to your liking as you go along.

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer.
Paste paper 12 first, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste paper 5, apply the same mask again, delete, merge group, resize larger to 105, change the blend mode to screen, merge down.

Paste element 24, duplicate, move behind and to one side and up some, duplicate, mirror, move up just a bit more.

Resize element 12 to 40%, place by the bottom of the building on top.
(This will be like a puzzle)
Now you will duplicate this rock as many times as needed to make your rock floor look like you want it to look, moving them around to fit, some below a layer.

Resize element 10 to 40%, place on the left, move below some of the rock layers to make it look like it is in the rocks, duplicate, move over to the right and move down if needed on that side also.

Paste element 50 just above the top building layer, duplicate, mirror, duplicate, move to the center and up more, your tube will be hiding the bottom part of the tree in the center.
Resize your tube to 40%, place in the center hiding the bottom of the one tree.

Duplicate one tree, resize to 85%, place on the mask layer on the left, adjust all the trees to your liking.

Resize element 1 to 30%, place on the left side, being on the top layer.

Resize element 2 to 45%, mirror, place on the right side by the tree.

Resize element 7 to 20%, place on the rocks by your tube, sharpen once.
Resize element 9 to 25%, place by the crown.
Resize element 39 to 35%, place on the right of the tube on the rocks.
Resize element 27 to 25%, place below the lantern.
Resize element 18 to 40%, paste below the tiger layer on the left, duplicate a couple of times and move where you like.

Erase the branch on element 26 as much as possible, resize to 30%, place in one tree, duplicate, mirror and adjust in the other tree.

Resize element 19 to 50%, place below the tree layer on one side, duplicate, mirror, moving one up a bit higher than the other.
Resize element 23 to 50%, place by the water ponds, you will have to move up or down a few layers, depending on where you want yours at.

Resize element 14 to 15%, place by the lantern or where you like.
Paste element 59 on the mask layer on one side, duplicate, mirror, adjust to your liking.
Resize element 42 to 55%, and then on the original resize to 40%, place the 40% one below the top building on the left, duplicate, mirror, move between the top and bottom building and adjust.
Paste the 55% building below the tree on the left.
Resize element 63 to 35%, place over the water on the left, duplicate, mirror and adjust over the water on the right.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
