Font of Choice, I used PWJoyeux Noel

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer.

Resize paper 10 to 23%, apply your mask, delete and merge group, then free rotate the mask 90 degrees to the left.
Resize if needed for your tag later.

Resize element 05 to 20%, paste on the mask layer, add noise at 50%.

Resize element 26 to 20%, move to the bottom.
Resize element 29 to 27%, paste at the bottom above the wall layer, duplicate, move down a bit.
Resize element ar5 to 20%, place off center some.
I use the color white for the drop shadow on these.

Paste your tube on the top layer on the left.

Select your mask layer, float, defloat, mirror your close up tube first, paste, invert, delete select none, change the blend mode to overlay.

Resize element ws64 to 5%, place on the snow on the right.

Resize wa1 to 25%, place at the top, using your Change To Target brush, change the color to match your tube more, then duplicate and merge down.
Apply a white fat gradient glow and then run the Change To Target brush over the wa1 again.

Resize ws11 to 8%, place on the left below the snow layers to hide the straps.
Resize element ws76 to 20%, paste below the helmet layer.

Resize ws03 to 20%, paste below the tube layer on the right on the bench with ski layer, duplicate, mirror, move above the tube and adjust, duplicate again, move up higher on the tube, erasing a little bit on the right side.

Resize element ws71 to 10%, place on the right below the snow layers.
Resize a couple of snowflakes to 5%, place on the wall where you like and add noise at 50%.

On the name I added a new layer, clicked inside the top part and added white, moved it below the name layer then.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

That's it
Hope you enjoyed doing my tut.
