Peacock Mask Beauty

This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of  Very Many.
The tube is called Mask

Mura Meister Copies-Encircle
VM Extravaganza-Transmission

Font of Choice, I used Great Vibes

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer working with.
I like lots of room, can resize later.

Resize paper 11 to 22%, paste, apply your mask, invert, delete, resize larger to 110%.
Resize paper 8 to 22%, paste, apply the mask, invert, delete.

Paste and resize Cluster 2 to 28%, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper of choice, invert, delete. I used paper 11, then apply VM Extravaganza-Transmission with these settings 10, 0, 10

Resize Cluster 3 to 20%, place on the left side.
Resize element 27 to 10%, place under Cluster 3 toward the center.

Resize your tube to 50%, place on the right side, move below the frame, duplicate, move above the frame and erase part of the legs to soften the straight edge.

Resize element 23 to 25%, place below the frame and over to the left more, erase the feathers showing outside the frame.

Resize element 35 to 11%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, change the first number to 15, move below the paper layer of the frame and over to the right a bit.
I erased the part on the bottom right because the cluster already had some on that side.

Resize element 24 to 10%, apply the Mura Meister Copies-Encircle like before, move just above the flair glare layer, take your tool pick to pull out to fit the tag the way you would like.

Resize element 34 to 13%, apply the Mura Meister Copies-Encircle with the same settings as before, paste on your mask layer.

Resize element 37 to 35%, place on the mask layer, sharpen once, duplicate, merge down.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

(If you are not going to animate)
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Animation

If you would like to animate the tag, keep a white background, copy merged and paste to animation shop.
There are lots of ways to do this, but this is how I do it.
Once pasted, go back to psp and take your free hand tool, draw around the blue on the lantern, then go to Adjust, Brightness and Contrast, Brightness/Contrast
with these numbers
10, 5
copy merged to animation shop and paste after current frame.
Back to psp, edit, undo select none,  undo brightness/contrast.
Go to Adjust, Brightness and Contrast, Brightness/Contrast and change the numbers to
15, 10
copy merged, paste after current frame in animation shop.
Test the animation, if happy with it, save as a gif.

 That's it
Hope you enjoyed doing my tut.
